This website aim is to provide an information hub for all the high resolution pictures of motor circuits around the world.

The main problem for racing simulation track designers, is the avaibility for real high resolution pictures of tracks, in order to set up textures well and give a result on screen as close to the reality as possible.

" This international project aims to centralizing information and links concerning the high resolution pictures of the racing circuits throughout the world.
The target are the specialists and computer graphics experts who create in a voluntary way the models of these circuits for the motor racing simulations. The community of the users of such games is active and very productive: many free additions are regularly put on line.
Too often, graphic quality and the realism of the racing circuits modelled is poor due to the lack of real high resolution data. These high definition images condition the quality of textures covering the ground, just like the precision and realism in the construction of this ground. "

So we decided to get this website running, where all the photographs will be able to share some links to their picture sets, propose new pictures sets or just exchange views.
The website is beeing set up so expect content to come step by step. There is a discussion board available, comments are open to submission. Ideas are allways welcome. for any request or proposition.
